Great news!

Beginning July 1, 2025, the Rev. Dr. Andy Stoker will be the director of the Wesley Foundation at UNM.  Dr. Stoker is the senior pastor of Central United Methodist Church.  He has amazing gifts for community organization and a passion for young adults.  The Board of Directors of the Wesley Foundation has decided on a unique missional strategy to connect with students at the campuses of Central New Mexico Community College and the University of New Mexico. Dr. Stoker believes that this innovative approach to connecting holistically with students, encompassing body, mind, and spirit will make a real difference in the lives of students and faculty at both campuses.  Welcome, Andy!

About Us

For over 60 years, the Wesley Foundation at UNM had served students seeking connection and spiritual growth during their time attending UNM.  We are connected to the United Methodist Church and we welcome anyone who comes through our doors.  We believe that students thrive when they have connection to others and a safe space to ask questions, learn about God’s love, and build relationships with others.
We seek to be a place where any student feels welcome and accepted just as they are.
We also strive to have fun!
